they represent a picture of you.. they could be an actual pic of yourself or a pic you found off a web-site you like.. I gave mom a pic of a hole on the Pebble Beach golf course. I have a flaming Longhorn at the moment.

To post an "av" you must goto profile. You will see a "Avatar" link click it..

This will bring you to a page where you can (just like I explained on how to post pics in here in the "Welcome Thread") cut and copy your "direct link" tag on your picture hosting web-site,.. Remember http://photobucket.com or http://imageshack.com you must register.

It just take a little practice.. thats all.
